Behind every successful school is a team of individuals whose dedication keeps everything running smoothly. This year, we are proud to recognize Aimee Diaz as our Support Staff Employee of the Year, a person whose commitment, reliability, and willingness to help others make an incredible difference in our school community every single day.

From managing our IT systems and applications to onboarding students into their accounts, supporting human resources, and assisting parents and teachers, she plays a vital role in the daily life of our school. She arrives early, often before the day begins, and is always ready to solve problems, answer questions, and make sure everything is functioning as it should. Her organization, professionalism, and attention to detail ensure that countless processes behind the scenes happen seamlessly.

Beyond her technical expertise, she brings a spirit of teamwork and kindness that strengthens our entire community. Whether she is helping a colleague troubleshoot a problem, guiding a family through a process, or simply offering encouragement, she consistently goes above and beyond to support those around her.

Her work reminds us of a powerful truth:

“Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.” — Vincent van Gogh

Through her dedication and service, those “small things” add up to something truly extraordinary. We are grateful for the many ways she supports our school, and we are proud to celebrate her as our Support Staff Employee of the Year. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!
