📢 Orientation Reminder for Tomorrow – Please Read Carefully!

Dear Families,We are excited to welcome you to campus tomorrow for our 2025–2026 Orientation!

🚗 Parking Reminder: Please be mindful not to block other vehicles when parking and take up as little space as possible so more families can park safely. Parking is very limited on campus, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated.⚠️ Important: If the lot is full and there is a backup, do not cue on the road. For everyone’s safety, please pass the school and return when the line clears. Thank you for keeping traffic moving safely!

🕗 Orientation Schedule – Please arrive at your designated time:

• 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Last names A–F

• 9:15 AM – 10:15 AM: Last names G–O

• 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Last names P–Z

🚧 Gym Access & Upper Elementary 3: Please note that our gymnasium will be closed due to the final inspection of the installation of our fire alarm and sprinkler system. As a result, students assigned to Upper Elementary 3 will visit the other Upper Elementary classrooms during Orientation, since their classroom is located in the gymnasium.

📄 Paperwork: If you need to complete any paperwork, we kindly ask that you return to your vehicle to fill it out. This will help reduce traffic and keep our office area clear.

👩‍🏫 Special Education Support: If you would like to speak with our special education teacher, we are happy to arrange a private space for that conversation during Orientation.
